Within the global supply chain dept., you will join the global procurement & logistics team.

Your mission will be to follow up the Orders logistic part, from our numerous suppliers/manufacturers until the final delivery in our 3PLS.

Dealing with both internal and external contacts, you will be in charge of:

Order management for finished products and components in accordance with our internal requests.

Tracking production progress

Ordering and tracking keycodes together with our first parties’ suppliers.

 International transport management for our components in link with our suppliers

Stock inventory management for our components in close touch with our manufacturers.

Tracking any claim, delay that may happen during transport and figure out a long term solution.

Project management, bring your expertise for lead time and cost analysis.

Internal tools and Processes improvement.

Qualifications

 You have a first experience in logistics and transport and in an international environment.

Fluency in English mandatory.

Microsoft Office excel expertise.

You are rigorous, organized, and dynamic.
