Reporting to the Director of Publishing Türkiye+, as a Supervisor, Brand Management focused on the Türkiye markets, you lead efforts to reach and engage players, primarily around our League of Legends and TFT products and experiences, in this highly engaged subregion of EMEA. You will work with a team that’s breaking boundaries and blurring global borders by marrying high-level marketing and publishing with a genuine understanding of what excites players.

You directly supervise a Community Manager and work closely with them to support, develop, and engage high-impact TUR+ player communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product marketing plans for League of Legends and TFT products and experiences that resonate with players in the Türkiye+ region. You serve as an advocate for Riot’s brands to multiple audiences.
  • Create campaign strategies to hit the mark in culturally relevant and hyper-local ways for players in Türkiye.
  • Manage, support, and empower a Community manager to deepen player connections in the region and widen local access to the Riot competitive experience.
  • Establish and use indicators and insights to help craft marketing and brand solutions that smash Türkiye players’ expectations.
  • Be fully accountable for business results across all product-category KPIs.
  • Own the budget for your products, applying the right resources in the right ways to deliver the highest return on investment and tracking them properly.
  • Drive influence and impact within the larger Riot EMEA organization, advocating for our Türkiye+ players’ specific needs and expectations.
  • Inspire the entire Türkiye+ publishing team to create amazing experiences for players.

Required Qualifications:

  • You have five or more years of experience in the field of gaming, entertainment or FMCG and you have a deep understanding of the Türkiye+ market.
  • You have a track record of creating marketing or brand campaigns focused on delivering value to players in unique and memorable ways.
  • You’re passionate about play, with a special affinity for competitive online games. You use your gaming experience to analyze industry marketing campaigns, evaluating their strengths and weaknesses while scouting opportunities for improvement.
  • You’ve launched new products to players, and you know how to take things all the way from concept to reality and beyond. For you, go-to-market is just the beginning.
  • You utilize your suite of skills to level up your team’s creative ideas and you back up those deep marketing instincts with analysis, metrics, and stats.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.

Desired Qualifications

  • You have some direct management experience.
  • Being a League of Legends player and knowing the Runeterra universe.

Marketing and brand management at Riot Games uses insights and experience with brand strategy and management to establish and inspire others with a clear vision for the product and experiences, while guiding teams towards delivering incredible levels of player focus in EMEA.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Brand, League of Legends EMEA. This role can be based in Reading (UK), Berlin (Germany), Paris (France), Barcelona (Spain), Istanbul (Türkiye), Dubai (UAE), or Dublin (Ireland).

Responsibilities

  • Support development of product marketing strategies (including vision, goals, roadmap, and prioritization) for League of Legends, incorporating both game and esports.
  • Provide marketing insight and guidance to the EMEA brand and marketing teams, advocating for the results of publishing activity.
  • Ensure that your marketing programs are aligned with the regional product lead’s goals, target audiences, and core brand strategy for League of Legends.
  • Set objectives and key results for the game marketing efforts, work with partner teams to develop measurement plans, and guide marketing research.
  • Support regional product lead in representing EMEA players and publishing in Riot’s game leadership teams.
  • Connect with Riot’s country based publishing organizations – promoting successful outcomes through close collaboration and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing successful brand and marketing campaigns in the video game, esports, technology, or entertainment industry, throughout all stages of the production lifecycle of a product or experience.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing disciplines and building cohesive campaign strategy and plans.
  • Great understanding of regional/cultural landscape differences and similarities.
  • You are up to date with the gaming and entertainment industry’s newest trends and technologies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills: excellent ability to communicate effectively, whether across teams, borders, time zones, or desks.
  • Experience working across multiple teams in different disciplines and locations, with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Besides English you are multilingual in one of the main EMEA market languages (French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, or Polish).
