As our ASO Manager you will lead and shape our App Store Optimization strategy across the EA Mobile portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a result driven marketing expert, with a proven track record of improving marketing’s KPIs. In this role you will need to have a strong analytical and creative mindset who can work collaboratively with game teams, product marketing, UA.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement best-in-class ASO strategies to increase the conversion rates on the app stores to grow our games organically across the App Store and Google Play
  • Run continuous A/B tests on icons, screenshots, app preview and videos to increase conversion rates and improve rankings
  • Develop, execute and track tests for all our games leveraging analytics tools such as Data.ai, App Store Connect and Google Developer Console
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Lead metadata/store listing copy optimization to grow organic keyword ranking
  • Keep up with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends and bring in innovation, new knowledge, tools and platforms that further our ASO efforts

Requirements

  • Education: BA / BS
  • 4+ years of hands on experience in marketing with a track record of improving conversion rates
  • You enjoy working on a variety of products and projects
  • Experience working with App Store Connect and Google Play Developer Consoles
  • A good understanding of the algorithms that power the App stores

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $93,700 – $143,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
