Site field engineer

SEGA Amusements International Ltd (SAI) is the world’s most prolific arcade game producer and one of world’s most distinguished leaders in the production, development and distribution of both iconic and interactive amusement arcade games, redemption machines, pushers, and merchandise across the globe.

SEGA Amusements International is actively recruiting for a Multi-Site Service Engineer to cover sites across the Home Counties of Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire. The position is field based and involves installation, repairing, service and removal of the Sega Amusements product range. This role is a vital part of our business, and the role is key to ensuring that our machines are maintained to the highest standards and repaired quickly and efficiently as well as delivery of excellent customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the installation, maintenance, service, and removal of the full range of Sega Amusements equipment.
• Carry out basic network diagnostic work
• To complete preventative maintenance
• Refill and merchandise selected machines
• Ensure all products are working correctly to maximise income opportunities

Required Keys and Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience servicing electronic arcade equipment/products
• Hands on approach to installing and maintaining the full range of SEGA and 3rd party products
• Work effectively on your own initiative and possess a pleasant and confident manner
• Ability to carry out a significant amount of manual handling
• You will enjoy meeting people, be reliable, trustworthy, and well-presented
• Hold a current full driving licence and be able to work flexibly to cover other areas in high season
• Ideally reside between Maidenhead, Reading & Kingston Upon Thames

Recent experience in the amusement machine industry is essential.
