Germany | Frankfurt am Main (Senior) Taxation Specialist* Finance, Legal, HR & Audit | Experienced | Permanent | Full-Time Tasks Take over responsibility for VAT and other indirect tax compliance matters and reporting for several European countries (advance VAT return, annual returns, INTRASTAT and ZM reports, registrations, etc) Independent coordination and processing of national and international indirect tax inquiries in cooperation with external tax consultants Advice on the adaptation of business processes and the implementation in the IT application in compliance with VAT requirements Provide support during tax audits (in Germany and other European countries) and with discussions with tax advisors in international tax topics Responsible for corporate tax matters from computation, answering queries from authorities to overseeing tax declarations Support with global tax projects Requirements Academic qualification in Taxation or equivalent qualification in Finance or Business Administration First years of professional experience in indirect taxes, preferably in an international group or a consulting firm Strong technical tax and accounting background Able to work independently, having the ability to work well in a team, high commitment and good communication skills Fluent written and spoken English and German skills Good working knowledge in MS- Office, especially Excel, SAP experience would be a plus Your benefits in this country 30 days of vacation Remote working model (3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Flexible working time 13 public holidays (based on the Bavarian system) Special leave for specific occasions Food vouchers (15 x €5 vouchers per month) 13,5 salary installments Childcare allowance (max. €250/month) Bike leasing with employer subsidy Occupational Pension Scheme Employee Assistance Program access Various health-related offers and benefits Group Accident Insurance Professional onboarding and training offers Staff Shop with special discounts Socialising and gaming area On-site gym and sports fields Company events Are you interested?
