Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations, we are looking for a Sr Program Manager to join the Enterprise and Platform Services Operations team. Enterprise and Platform Services provides future-ready technology platforms that unlock speed, productivity, and scale for EA’s global business and talent. The Operations team works across EPS product groups to help establish and enhance operational systems that make it easy for EPS and EA’s game teams to work together.

Responsibilities
- Work with the Sr Director of Operations to establish new processes across Enterprise and Platform Services (EPS).
- Work with operations partners across EPS to ensure that quality, budgets and timelines are met.
- Develop project indicators that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
- Inspire fresh thinking and new ideas to ensure our team has the best operational processes to deliver results.
- Promote knowledge sharing, learning, reconciling conflicting goals, sharing resources amongst operations partners.
- Identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by a coordinated application of resources to minimize and manage risks.
- Help develop an inclusive and diverse team culture based on openness, trust and collaboration.
- Break down ambiguous, high-level goals into executable steps.
- Develop collaborative relationships with partners, working together to ensure the goals set for us are achieved or exceeded.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a project or program manager in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in change management, process improvement, business analytics and project management
- You have experience establishing program structure, driving outcomes, and partnering with teams to implement high-level improvement strategies based on a data-driven approach.
- Autonomous work-style needing minimal management oversight to remove blockers and implement solutions.

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $131,600 – $213,300
- New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $131,600 – $213,300
- Jersey City, NJ:
º $154,800 – $213,300
- Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $131,600 – $179,600
- Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $131,600 – $195,200
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
