The opportunity

Unity is seeking experienced HR professionals to join a global team based in offices across the AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions and reporting to the Director of HR Business Support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Focus on employee experience and support for an aligned business unit; Reactively provide partnership, location expertise, and services to our employee population up to the Senior Director level.
  • Support managers in building and leading successful teams by offering coaching and mentoring on appropriate people management practices.
  • Partner with the regional compliance leader, this role will maintain local and regional compliance.
  • Provide thought partnership on people-related initiatives, inclusive of execution, and insights to guide decision-making.
  • Participate in developing and rolling out HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
  • Partner and deliver on global HR initiatives and projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in regional employment law with the ability to make procedural decisions and exercise judgment with sensitive/confidential issues.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR business partnering in the US tech companies.
  • Experience with mentorship, conflict resolution, and strong relationship and team building skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Proven experience in an HR role working directly with managers and internal partners on legal compliance, employee engagement, and critical initiatives.
  • Ability to drive and work autonomously in a fast-paced organization.
  • Demonstrated agility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

  • Knowledge of employment law in several countries.
  • Experience in working with case management and ticketing tools.
