Job Description:
The World of Warcraft Development team is seeking a Senior Producer to join our art production team. In this role, you will work closely with our external vendors, outsourcing supervisors, art leads, design leads, and fellow producers to plan for all the outsourced assets that will go into our world.

This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with some work on-site and some work-from-home. The potential home studios for this role are either Irvine, CA or Boston, MA. However, we understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore other possible options, including remote work arrangements.
What you bring to the table:
- Drive outsource development by scheduling and tracking incoming/outgoing assets
- Drive the completion of project goals and facilitate communication, organization, and accountability as a partner to both development leads and outsourcing supervisors
- Create and track long-range project schedules for assets
- Coordinate contract and invoice workflow between Blizzard Legal, Accounts Payable, and external partners
- Think and implement strategically on long-term project priorities, dependencies, and risks
- Anticipate production issues and remove roadblocks or bottlenecks that may prevent developers from achieving their goals on time
- Communicate frequently with producers as well as with team leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities
- Seek out ways to improve the processes, tooling, and relationships around you, and work with others to implement your ideas
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in game production or project management
- Must have shipped at least one game in a producer or senior producer role
Knowledge & Skills:
- Able to build, track, and maintain complex schedules
- Proficiency with production tracking tools such as Autodesk Flow Production (previously ShotGrid) / JIRA
- Experience with vendor management
- Familiarity with art pipeline and workflows
- Knowledge of software development process, project management, and production processes

- Comfortable with ambiguity but with an ability to drive towards clarity
- Able to work with team leads and directors to align priorities
- Self-direction and follow-up skills are necessary
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Shown experience managing schedules and employees to achieve desired results
- Bachelor of Art or Science in a technical field (or equivalent)
- Shipped at least one AAA game in production role
- Experience with development on a live product

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 – $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
