We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join EA’s Esports Brand team. The Esports Brand team delivers competitive gaming experiences that amplify tentpole brand moments from launches to major live service beats. You will leverage competitive gaming to advance the priorities of our brands across new regions, platforms, audience targets, and game experiences. You will help architect and deliver go-to-market campaigns for FC Pro and related competitive programs in the region, from concept to final marketing execution. You will be an integral part of our Esports Brand Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Esports Brand.


  • Architect high-impact marketing campaigns and lead the creation of high-quality esports marketing assets that improve and encourage viewership, (re)acquisition, engagement, retention and evangelism of our games and content
  • Partner with the Franchise Brand team to lead the development of go-to-market strategy and multi-channel, global marketing execution for EA Football esports in Asia
  • Develop trusted relationships with agencies, production and vendor partners
  • Author campaign briefs, track beat readiness and partner with global and regional marketing teams to activate campaign beats
  • Lead Brand milestone deliverables (long range roadmap, brand experience guide, business brief, player needs analysis) and presentations.


  • 7+ years of experience in brand development, campaign strategy, or product marketing
  • Experience taking a product or service from consumer insight, to ideation, to market
  • Gather and interpret data, and distill meaningful insights
  • Galvanize partners with diverse teams, at all levels
  • Excel in a matrixed environment
  • Experience in brand building, marketing, campaign management or growth in entertainment, sports, Esports, video games or relevant industry sector
  • Expert level knowledge in the sport and culture of Football and the EAFC Franchise and speak the language of our fans in the region
