We are a busy full service marina with with dockage and valet storage. We are a dealer for and service; Cummins, Mercury, Zeus, Yanmar and Onan.

Job Overview: We are a busy marina seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation in our office setting.

Duties: Provide customer support via phone and email- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks. Filing, order supplies, other duties as needed.

Experience:- Experience in calendar management and scheduling- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is advantageous- Excellent computer literacy including MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
