Job Description

As a receptionist, you will be affiliated with the following tasks:

  • Answering customer calls
  • Greet employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of letters, parcels and faxes
  • Respond to internal information requests
  • Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

  • DEP in Administrative Sciences or equivalent college level
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Patient
  • initiative
  • Punctuality
  • Work well under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to organize and plan
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

What you need to know

  • Fixed working hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
