Roblox is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our Legal team. In this role, you will help craft strategy and drive execution for the Legal – Platform Regulatory team. The Platform Regulatory team assesses emerging global laws and guides Roblox through the implementation process. We’re looking for someone to independently manage the team’s initiatives, track cross-functional workstreams, and establish playbooks and processes for compliance programs.

This is a full-time position based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to Lead Counsel – Platform Regulatory.

You will:

• Track and oversee key projects, including the implementation of new global regulations;
• Identify risks and dependencies associated with execution and deadlines;
• Contribute to strategic planning by helping establish the Platform Regulatory team’s roadmap; and
• Optimize internal tools and processes to increase team efficiency.

You have:

• 3+ years of experience in a role related to cross-functional project management;
• Proven interest in tech law and policy, as well as experience working with legal and regulatory initiatives;
• A track record of working with cross-functional teams and partners;
• Experience managing workflows, with a focus on being process-oriented and organized;
• Comfortable taking on complex matters involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., internal investigations, risk assessments);
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple timelines and projects; and
• The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in plain language.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$123,060-$150,760 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
