As a Candidate Experience Program Manager reporting to our Sr Manager of Recruiting Events, you will lead all aspects of Roblox’s end-to-end hiring process and ensure a memorable experience for all candidates. You will be responsible for optimizing our employer branding, streamlining the application and interview process, and handling candidate feedback to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in talent acquisition, project management, and data analysis, with a deep dedication to crafting a positive and visible candidate journey.
You will:

  • Define, build and lead our candidate experience strategy and program
  • Collaborate with key team members and partners to build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent and showcases company culture across multiple platforms.
  • Streamline the online application experience, ensuring simplicity, accessibility, and timely communication with candidates.
  • Partner with our Enablement team to drive improvements to our interview, offer and pre-onboarding experience, support a structured and candidate-centric interview process, offering preparation resources and flawless touch points throughout.
  • Establish and define metrics, goals and success of our program. Conduct and supervise candidate surveys, analyze data, engage with feedback and drive improvement in the hiring process.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices and ensure the recruitment process is accessible and fair for all candidates.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience with program and project management frameworks and proven track record of initiating, leading & handling sophisticated programs inclusive of communication and change management plans
  • Preferred background with Employer Branding or TA related role in a rapidly growing technical organization is preferred
  • Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and the ability to design accessible recruitment processes for candidates from various backgrounds and experiences
  • Familiarity with pulling and interpreting data from recruiting tools and is able to use insights to tackle problems with minimal oversight
  • Track record of optimally partnering and communicating with varying levels of audiences, team members and cross-functional partners to achieve desired outcomes

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$153,080-$192,840 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
