Location: EA Hyderabad

Slingshot Games takes pride in being one of the key studios for EA Mobile’s strategic growth plans. With a diverse portfolio of games like Real Racing, Need for Speed, Plants vs. Zombies, Bejeweled, etc., Slingshot partners with EA Mobile studios to work on big IPs like Battlefield, FC, & The Sims.

The Role

As a Producer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering features and content to support a comprehensive product roadmap. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary development team, driving the product backlog for engineers, artists, and designers, and partnering with QA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage feature creation and iteration while maintaining quality
• Lead the overall schedule, sprint planning, bug scrubs, retrospectives, and post-mortems
• Drive day-to-day product execution making sure to account for dependencies
• Drive optimizations in the production process for all disciplines
• Coordinate scheduling, addressing blockers, and task issues
• Help coordinate Triage during major game issues and outages
• Understand audience needs and innovate beyond them
• Increase efficiency in development and live-ops processes
• Coordinate with Marketing and Ops teams for smooth launches and operations
• Coordinate with Content Team and Development teams on live-ops needs

Experience:

• 8 years in a producer role at outstanding games or internet companies
• Agile Development experience
• Software Development understanding
• LTV and revenue growth knowledge
• Live Operations Experience a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for mobile gaming and gaming in general
