Manager data engineering

You Have:

• Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading and scaling engineering teams, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of data engineering principles, architectures, and technologies. Experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Roblox Alignment: Strong alignment with Robloxs leadership principles, including a focus on respect, safety, creativity, and community.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and leaders across the organization.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex challenges and develop creative solutions.
