The opportunity

Unity is hiring a Studio Manager to join the New / Live games department at Supersonic.

Our Gaming team, comprised of hybrid-casual and casual gaming experts. At Supersonic, we have two core teams : the ‘New’ games team, dedicated to supporting our global game development studio partners in creating and launching new hit games, and the ‘Live’ games team, committed to managing and growing our existing top games.

We’re seeking a visionary leader with a proven track record in the Casual gaming industry a passionate individual driven by ambition and innovation.

As the Casual Studio Manager, you’ll lead Supersonic’s Hybrid / Casual studio partners, overseeing the end-to-end process of building and launching chart-topping games with both internal and external task forces.

This role offers a unique opportunity to own the full cycle and P&L of our most successful games, influencing strategic decisions and delivering exceptional mobile gaming experiences to millions of users worldwide.”

To succeed in this role, you have to breathe the casual market and support our internal and external partners to lead innovative decisions based on your knowledge, expertise, and data.

You will work closely with the market research, design, economy, BA, and monetization teams, leading your studios and projects from play-test to full launch while constantly making business and product decisions to achieve your goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and implement your studios’ and projects’ vision and strategy, managing the game as the main point of contact.
  • Monitor and gather market trends, insights, and game analytics into action items that will help your studios navigate their game roadmap.
  • Develop, train, and support your studio partners, along with the design and monetization departments to provide a complete analysis of each element of the studio product to drive revenue and meet Supersonic’s goals.
  • Continuously assess the game’s performance and find opportunities for improvements and optimizations.
  • Improve the internal process of game management continuously.

What we’re looking for

  • Passion for mobile games.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in pivotal roles within the casual mobile gaming industry – a must.
  • Excellent product sense.
  • Strong analytical skills, multitasking, and prioritizing ability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English Willingness to travel (client meetings, conferences)
  • Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving
