Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Key Account Manager. The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing key customer accounts, creating business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.

Serves as the single point of contact in the management of selected accounts including the day to day running of SEGA and 3rd party amusement machines for a National Bowling Alley/FEC Account. Assists in making sales, handling client complaints, colleting and analysing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 5 years account management experience in the Coin Op sector
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Experience in account management and maintaining key customer relationships
  • Ability to create effective business plans
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Knowledge and understanding of key accounts management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
