We immerse our employees into an inclusive culture and provide opportunities for learning and leading that allow our employees to do the most impactful and rewarding work of their careers.What you will do:Establish visual design principles, processes and standards to ensure we build engaging game feature experiences that exceed the expectations of our playersAdvocate and be responsible for user experience, product consistency, and design excellence across the productApply your UI design skills in composition, grids, colour theory and typography to our interactive experiences in-gameApply your interaction/motion design skills to create interactive experiences that surprise and delight our playersYou will create pixel-accurate screen mocks based on feature requirementsYou will create interactive/motion design prototypesCollaborate with our technical teams to ensure that design solutions are practical to build from an engineering and scope perspectiveYou will guide meetings with design and product leadership to guide progress against goals and establish clear next stepsQualifications:8+ years of experience in a Visual Design/Interaction Design roleCapabilities in Visual and Interaction Design (For Console, PC)A portfolio of work that showcases relevant work that contains well thought out process and excellent craft execution (please include your portfolio link on your resume)Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe SuiteBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI/Design Diploma or Degree, or a related areaYou will report to the Director of Experience DesignBonus:*Familiarity with 3D software packagesFamiliarity working in a game engineAbout Electronic Arts:Everything we do is designed to inspire the world to play.
