You will help shape why we’re doing what we’re doing for our players in alignment with the Senior Creative Director and Business Unit (the Vision), you will work with the Game Director to align on content packages that meet the vision (the Plan), and you will drive alignment on who is doing the work across all Studios with the Associate Director, Production Operations with an understanding of the team’s skills and capacity (the Team).As Executive Producer, you inspire your team to deliver quality results every day. You empower other Producers in the organization to do their best work, and you act as a shield against shifting priorities and scope creep for the entire development team. You serve as an example for What Great Looks Like for driving product quality, consistent communication, follow-through, and leading a team with empathy and understanding.RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable for delivery of the execution Roadmap, including development Milestones, external dependencies and other key events.Supports high-level project resourcing initiatives with Assoc Director, Production Operations and with Partner Studios, ensuring all plans are founded in feasibility.Makes high-level product priority calls in alignment with Game Director, Senior Creative Director, Associate Director, Production Operations and Product Manager with consideration of player needs, business goals, and team capacity.Communicates the decisions we’ve made to the development team, SLT and Partners, and keeps them apprised of status, changes and risks.Advocates for the team in negotiations with Partners and BU, championing the team’s strengths and securing work that is meaningful to the team.Drives product scope and quality expectations with Partner Studios and the Business Unit, and ensures requirements are documented and communicated to the team.Maintains alignment on project status through regular communication with the game team, Partner Studios and the Business Unit.Proactively removes roadblocks for the development team, making sure plans stay on track. You can learn more by visiting .In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $164,800.00 – $304,800.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
