**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to oversee the administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health, social work, and program management. This role involves managing relationships, developing programs, and supervising staff. **Responsibilities:** – Manage day-to-day administrative operations – Develop and implement programs to support individuals with developmental disabilities – Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support – Oversee budgeting and financial management processes – Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community partners – Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies **Skills:** – Experience in behavioral health or social work – Strong administrative skills with a focus on program development – Ability to manage relationships effectively – Proficient in budgeting and financial management – Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities – Strong program management and supervisory skills This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
