Designer / creative designer – gaming

As the UA Designer you will be responsible for supporting the creative direction of Kwalees portfolio of games, producing high-quality and high-performing concepts for ad units to be executed by Kwalees internal creative team. You will work closely with the game development and growth team. You will report directly to our Creative head. Responsibilities: Create visually appealing, engaging, and comprehensive Creative Design Documents (CDDs) that meet the requirements of a games creative lifecycle. Pitch concepts to Kwalees internal team and external partners, taking feedback and direction onboard. Collaborate with designers, artists, and other team members to implement creative concepts effectively. Develop and maintain style guides and design documentation. Manage the design process from concept to launch. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure all project requirements set out at the concept level are met. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies. Requirements: Digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to gaming, web and social A solid understanding of design, copy, and storytelling. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a creative and strategic thinker, being able to communicate the creative ideas Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and Advertising The ability to refine other people s ideas as well and come up with new ones to create high performance creatives. Based in one of our office hubs, following our hybrid model with 3 days per week on-site.
