Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer & Market Insights Specialist to join our Global Brand Marketing team.

In this specialist-level role, you will play a pivotal part in recommending, coordinating, and executing all internal and external research initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on driving front-end consumer insights for our franchises. The overall objective is to support the development of our consumer insight capabilities and long-range planning, encompassing early concepting, validation work, and brand equity tracking.

Daily responsibilities

  • Designing, analysing and executing customer and market research studies (end-to-end process ownership) in collaboration with other team members.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and communicating market trends and competitive information to determine strategies for segmenting the market and enhancing brand attractiveness and competitiveness.
  • Assisting business units with their research needs for projects, completing them according to the project schedule, solving day-to-day data / client issues with minimal supervision, and addressing business unit questions related to specific project execution.
  • Collaborating with selected research agencies to complete research initiatives.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to provide consumer insights and support the gaming category.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Market Research Specialist role or in the broader Market Research field.
  • Proficiency in working with Google Suite and / or MS Office.
  • Experience using various research tools (NPD, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Solid presentation skills to deliver findings to senior management.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage research projects from scoping to final analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal clients to support their research goals.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment.
  • Strong analytics and consumer insight expertise.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Additional Information

Working mode

For this role you can choose between a remote-first or office-first working mode.

  • Office-First : working primarily from the Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Cracow studio for a minimum of 10 days per month.
  • Remote-First : working from home.
