About the role

• Deliver outstanding customer service skills by assisting Kiwis with their everyday financial needs.
• Be the voice of Unity, serving our members nationwide over the phone.
• Normal hours of work will cover 40 hours per week rostered between the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday-Friday and 8:30am – 12:00pm Saturdays (Saturday work required approx. every 5-6 weeks* and includes a ½ day off during the week).

*Saturday roster dependent on team capacity.
