Job Description: **Team Name**: **Job Title**: Early Careers Recruiter **Requisition ID**: R013066**: We are seeking a Recruiter to join the Global Early Careers Team! You will be accountable for university recruiting with a focus on Spain, and will be a crucial partner to local universities to ensure a strong position and pipeline of Early Talent in the market. **Your role within our Kingdom**: If you want to join a fast growing, international, high-tech social gaming company then this could be the right role for you. Working together with your global colleagues on university recruiting and shared projects. We have crafted a global program that strives to attract the strongest talent internationally to join our studios in Europe and the US. ? Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the business and with partnering HR functions will be key to your role Reporting to the Early Careers Manager for EMEA, and based in our Barcelona office, responsibilities will include: – Evolve and complete the recruitment strategy across universities and colleges to attract top early careers talent Build and engage ongoing relationships with relevant universities and schools – Handle marketing and attraction together with our globally distributed team, coordinating recruiting events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent – Take part in delivering our internship programs, and support the intern performance review process and conversions – Lead projects that support the evolution of Early Careers across the group – Drive diversity initiatives to enhance and improve our early careers program **Skills to create thrills**: – Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with an international, fast paced company – An understanding of the graduate recruitment lifecycle in Spain – Ability to handle recruiting at volume – Phenomenal organisational skills, prioritization and project management skills – Experience partnering with multiple customers across varied business areas – Strong communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability and eagerness to learn and use computer-based systems and platforms (i.e., event hosting, ATS, CRM, and PM platforms) – Bachelor’s degree or comparable amount of work experience – Experience working within our, or a similar, industry e.g. tech, media, e-commerce or gaming **Tasty Bonus Skills**: – Experience in university recruiting, working with top universities building positive relationships with those that focus on gaming – Global relocation and immigration experience **Team Name**: **Job Title**: Early Careers Recruiter **Requisition ID**: R013066**: We are seeking a Recruiter to join the Global Early Careers Team!
