As the Business Operations Coordinator you will work with and maintain relationships with our partners, including vendors, legal, accounting, and security, and manage the Global Talent budget. You will report to the Chief of Staff/Director of Operations, Global Talent. This role is an 18-month Temporary Full Time role with benefits.

- Vendor management. Work with our legal partners to set up vendors observing EA policy and practices, including set-up, purchasing order management, and invoice management.
- You will partner with Leaders and Program Managers to manage all vendors including logistical, billing, and further inquiries; and their onboarding process into EA and their off-boarding process
- You’ll maintain Global Talent’s Contracted Services list, providing notes and recommendations per vendor and having a holistic view of all vendors, services, specialties, rates, and teams.
- Work with Legal and People Experience to review contracts and terms to ensure compliance.
- Work with Accounts Payables for vendor set-up with Purchase Orders that follow our policy and also for making payments. Monitor to ensure the team is in compliance with Auditing.
- Work with our Finance partners to manage the Global Talent budget. Oversee budget per planned and actuals daily, by tracking all actual and projected expenses
- Lead payment processing on PO, Invoicing, Meeting Card, Expense Reporting
- Update Global Talent leaders on their budget monthly and advise on overall spending
- Anticipate overspend and under-spend quarterly and provide recommendations on where to off-set surplus and deficits to balance the budget
- Meet with the Finance Partner to ensure tracking and collaboration.
- Coordinate purchasing and deployment of IT equipment for Global Talent
BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
° $73,200 – $101,700 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
