JOB SUMMARY
The Business Lead partners with senior leadership to drive strategic and operational success across critical areas of the organization. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Business Lead manages key initiatives, optimizes workflows, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to influence at a leadership level, with potential for leadership development. The role spans strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, innovation, and team performance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Lead and manage high-impact business programs, services, and initiatives across products, platforms, and teams, ensuring execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support leadership by translating strategy into actionable plans and driving execution on cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional teams and cross-functional partners to manage schedules, scope, budgets, risks, KPIs, and findings for key projects.
- Develop and present data-driven insights and visuals to inform decision-making, optimize resource allocation and improve the customer experience.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and alignment on strategic priorities.
- Drive communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and empowered to make informed decisions. Manage and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, follow-ups, and tracking of action items.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices across teams.
- Oversee strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by leadership, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare impactful presentations and briefing materials for senior leaders, including Business Leadership and external stakeholders.
- Champion efforts that build synergy, trust, collaboration, and inclusivity within the organization. Own and manage relationships with key partners, resources, colleagues, and leaders ensuring transparency around critical decisions and trade-offs.
- Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting program/product and team quality and reporting on risk.
- Partner and support long term planning and budgeting for products and services.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, providing guidance and performance management to team members where applicable.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Strategic Planning, Business Operations, Consulting, or related filed within a technology, media or gaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams or projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to follow defined project management processes, organize software development teams, establish a welcoming working environment (office and remote).
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives, driving alignment and delivering results.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High emotional intelligence, with a collaborative working style and a commitment to building relationships and trust.
- Ability to solve unexpected problems, prioritize work for a cross-functional team, identify and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong critical thinking and storytelling capabilities. Ability to tailor presented information for the appropriate audience.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $120,600.00 – $223,110.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
