Requires having a passion to learn and develop new skills with the ability to adopt best-practices for System Administration for the organization.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Responds to incidents and customer inquiries for assistance with positive interaction; handles troubleshooting and coordination of additional resources to resolve issues as quickly as possible; documents changes and resolution steps.
  • Administration of Azure Active Directory / Office 365 Tenant including Microsoft Entra group and user management, licensing, and security configurations.
  • First line triage of Office365 applications including Exchange / Teams / InTune / OneDrive.
  • Provides support for conference rooms, meetings, and video conferencing infrastructure.
  • Provides support for physical labs, including management of rack-mounted hardware, power management, networking, etc.
  • Works closely with other NTD system administrators to provide escalation support for advanced troubleshooting; will participate in on-call rotation.
  • Documents all technology changes through appropriate change control.
  • Clearly communicates the status of work, progress, and obstacles to the team.
  • Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established regulations and controls.
  • Works closely with NTD Administrative teams for visitor management, hardware purchasing and procurement, inventory management, day-to-day needs.
  • Collaborates with other Nintendo organizations to fully resolve cross-group issues and escalations; utilizes Service-Now for incident tracking.
  • Installs/updates/troubleshoots deployed hardware/software, including Windows, Linux, Mac environments; follows established procedures for ordering hardware and equipment as needed from vendors.
  • Provides network support, including IDF line connections, line tracing, port configuration, and switch management.
  • Responds to internal security reporting, such as known A/V issues or malware remediation.
  • Onboarding and offboarding users, including accounts and access, Active Directory, hardware, desk setups, etc.
  • Ongoing IT support for internal projects and efforts.

QualificationsSUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in various system technologies and practices
  • Experience working on issues of low to moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of variable factors
  • Experience working with AV technology
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of O365 / Azure Active Directory / Active Directory / Exchange / InTune and Windows fleet management
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Windows / Mac / Linux hardware for maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of networking protocols and configurations for maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills – ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.This position includes a base pay range of $25.77 – $38.65 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
