This role reports directly to Lead External Development Producer.You will manage project, feature, and resource planning, balance scope with capacity, track progress, implement and improve processes, mentor people, and manage risks and mitigation. You are a master of content pipelines and understand the iterative nature of creative processes and how to empower them. You know how to build healthy, high-functioning relationships with vendors. You are a force multiplier for the team.What you’ll do…As a leader, you will set your priorities but a typical week could include:· Planning and scheduling of external content in collaboration with Exdev Producers, internal and external production.· Assure the external teams are applying proper production strategies and working with Exdev producer, department leads and directors to ensure all teams are effectively structured and resourced.· Identify and escalate resourcing needs or production challenges related to scope, capacity or efficiency.· Work with Exdev Producers to interpret design documents and pre-production materials to a clear picture of project scope and associated task breakdowns.· Work with the Exdev Producers and Dept. leadership in determining how external development will support future projects across the studio.· Responsible for informing key internal stakeholders of the status and progress of external production.· Responsible for highlighting risks and working with Exdev producers on mitigation strategies in collaboration with the External teams.· Monitor performance issues and provide clear, constructive information to Exdev producers and external teams.· Assist Exdev Producer in creating and improving processes in cooperation with internal and departmental stakeholders.· Support Exdev producer in ensuring external partners have all the necessary information to do reliably and consistently execute.Ideally, you’ll have…You don’t have to be all things to all people, however, your art background and production skills will establish you as a credible art leader. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $82,500 – $122,900 USD Annually

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $76,000 – $109,200 USD Annually

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $73,200 – $101,700 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
