Job Description:
The Diablo team is seeking a passionate, dedicated Associate Brand Marketing Manager that’s eager to learn and contribute toward Diablo IV, with the goal of ushering one of gaming’s most beloved franchises into a new era through marketing We are in need of someone that takes a proactive approach to help drive key activations with an understanding of the nuanced skills required to build world class creative.
In this role, you will partner directly with the cross-functional teams at Blizzard to ensure product strategies, brand and company objectives are met in all marketing assets. You will oversee day-to-day management of creative production and help manage the approval process of all marketing materials for Diablo across global distribution.
The right candidate must have the ability to think ahead, work independently, but also contribute cross-functionally to benefit the business, drive go-to-market plans and have the confidence to speak up and lead. While impeccable project management skills sit at the core of this role, this individual will also need to contribute at the strategic level to drive all marketing initiatives while interfacing with our development and agency partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Consumer Marketing team with global marketing plans, creative executions, brand partnerships, experiential events, and production process for Diablo IV
- Identify creative strategy and ensure all communications materials deliver against that strategy, developing and optimizing effective creative marketing campaigns
- Participate in creative briefings and attend subsequent creative reviews to consolidate and route feedback
- Manage and update key partner marketing resources including asset repositories, recurring team meetings, production calendars, and more
- Serve as point of contact for cross-functional team executions to champion brand initiatives and route any approvals necessary
- Day-to-day management of internal & external creative partners
- Collaborate with key development team personnel on creative asset development
- Project manage and oversee delivery of final creative for campaigns globally
- Work with consumer insights, strategy, and marketing analytics teams to make data-informed, insights-driven marketing decisions in support of our campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in brand marketing, creative agency account management (or equivalent client-side position) preferably in the entertainment or gaming industries – live services marketing experience valued
- Experience in TV, Video, Packaging or Online Advertising required
- Demonstrated experience in project management, analysis and the ability to work across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Results oriented, self-motivated
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
Preferred:
- A strong understanding and passion for the Diablo franchise, as well as prior experience with helping to drive innovative marketing programs and prior work with brands that do this well.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 – $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
