Position Title: Solutions Marketing Manager Senior

Main Responsibilities:

  • Align with internal stakeholders (Development, Brand, Studio, Operations) on brand partnership brainstorming, execution, long-term partnership and in-game media strategy.
  • Create well-rounded revenue generating partnership frameworks that include in-game media and sponsorships as well as out of game elements like custom content, social media and influencers.
  • Manage all communications directly with external clients and be the main point of contact on each program you will be responsible for executing.
  • Develop partnership frameworks and timelines, managing all follow-ups and approvals to ensure both internal and external client deadlines are met.
  • Oversee program execution across all channels – development, integrated communications (Social, Influencer, & PR), reporting, and marketing.
  • Be an internal resource, educating and updating team members on media/partnerships marketplace changes and brand product expectations.
  • The In-Game Media Manager will report into the Senior Manager In-Game Media.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in brand partnerships and advertising
  • Experience in client-facing roles where managing client expectation and delivering satisfactory results were key responsibilities.
  • Extensive experience in managing projects of varying sizes and complexity.
  • Understanding on how brands partner with sports leagues / organizations.
  • Proficient in Airtable, Asana and Google suite to execute campaigns.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

° $103,200 – $145,600 USD Annually

  • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

° $92,600 – $145,600 USD Annually

  • Jersey City, NJ :

° $117,300 – $145,600 USD Annually

  • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

° $111,800 – $151,800 USD Annually

  • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

° $92,600 – $135,600 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
