Job Responsibility Maintain full set of accounting records of the Company in accordance with the governing rules, standards and requirements. Monitor and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the financial records. Prepare tax estimation & ensuring accurate and timely tax returns. Review monthly management accounts, identify issues and advise to ensure accurate accounting, cash flow management and tax computation for the Company. Monitor and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely delivery of quality work. Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretarial and banker. Stay updated on financial and tax regulations & ensure adherence to accounting and tax standards. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experienced in full set of accounts process. Minimum 5 years work experience in accounting field. Familiar with SQL accounting software. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus. Good communications in English & Cantonese/ Mandarin. Able to join immediately is preferred. Able to multi-task and work independently. Responsible and dedicated. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude, team-player, excel at interpersonal skills and communication skill. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
