About the Company

Headquartered in Austin, TX, Hellfire Games is the acclaimed developer of award-winning titles Home Tycoon™ and Novus Prime™ for PlayStation®3. Our services include work-for-hire projects for Fortune 500 companies and custom app development for PlayStation®4. Our staff has decades of collective experience in multiplatform game development, including the Call of Duty® and The Elder Scrolls® franchises.

Jeff Posey, President
Jeff was one of the original Ultima Online programmers, a game recognized as instrumental to the development of modern MMOs. Prior to founding Hellfire Games, Jeff worked as lead programmer or technical director on several projects, including lead programmer on Call of Duty for mobile phones. He has developed products for various platforms including the PS4, PS3, PS2, PSP, Xbox, PC, Nintendo DS, Game Boy Advance, GameCube, N-Gage, and iPhone.

Gavino Morin, VP, Business and Legal Affairs
Gavino Morin has advised technology companies on legal and business issues for over 15 years. His legal practice focused mainly on developing and protecting intellectual property and negotiating and drafting licensing agreements.

Gavino co-authored Cyberspace and the Law: Your Rights and Duties in the Online World. Published by the MIT Press, his book was one of the first to address Internet legal issues, and received the Association of American Publishers “Best New Professional and Scholarly Book – Computer Science Award” in 1994. Prior to joining Hellfire Games, Gavino was of counsel at Fish & Richardson, P.C.
